The Cité de l'Huître is a museum located at the heart of the Marennes-Oléron bay, along the Cayenne channel. This interpretation centre about oyster farming is dedicated to the oysters of Marennes and offers you an educational visit through the ecosystem of the oyster beds in Marennes. On foot, by bike, by tourist train or boat, the entire family will discover the captivating world of oysters through a trail and activities for all ages.
