The villas :

To perfect your comfort
- Use of a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities in a separate room (free)
- Use of about 10 bicycles (adults, children, child seats) for free. It’s ideal to try the Vélodyssée cycling route from Laguna Lodge!
- Extra bicycles for hire at camping Séquoia Parc (3 km)
- Small children’s playground.
- Vegetable and herb garden.
H2 : Do your grocery shopping
- At only 800m from your villa, in the small village of Saint-Just (1800 inhabitants), you could find a bakery, a press shop, a bar and tobacconist’s, a mini supermarket and a bar/restaurant.
- In the village of Marennes, at about 6km from Laguna Lodge, you could find 2 big supermarkets and gas stations.
Daily cleaning (optional)
- Hotel service : made beds, cleaning of the showerroom, the kitchen, the floors… Price: € 50/day for villas 1 to 3 ; € 60/day for villas 4 to 10.
Extra charges
- End of stay cleaning fee (compulsory): € 100 for villas 1 to 3, € 150 for villas 4 to 10
- Breakfast service : € 10 /person/day: half a baguette, one croissant, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, butter, jam, cheese and orange juice, reservation compulsory.

Pets are forbidden in the villas.
